Full Job Description
- . Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
- Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and presentations
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies
- Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Assist in resolving any administrative problems
- Run company errands to post office and office supply store
Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role - Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
- English (preferred)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Google Suite
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task,
