Full Job Description

  • . Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency

  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office

  • Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports, and presentations

  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies

  • Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary

  • Develop and maintain a filing system

  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems

  • Run company errands to post office and office supply store

    Proven work experience as an Office Administrator, Office Assistant, or similar role

  • - Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
    - Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Google Suite
    - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
    - Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
    - Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task,
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
