Full Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The Office Administrator will be responsible for handling various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
- Responsibilities:
- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
- English (required)
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Utilize Sage for financial record-keeping
- Provide clerical support such as filing, copying, and scanning documents
- Type and distribute correspondence, Customer Invoices, reports, and other documents
- Maintain office organization and cleanliness
- Computerize information for easy access and retrieval
- Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when interacting with clients and vendors
- Assist with other administrative duties as needed
Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Experience with Sage or similar accounting software
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to type efficiently and accurately
- Knowledge of general office procedures and organizational skills
- Proficiency in computerized systems for information management
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Administrative experience in an office setting
