Full Job Description
- Collaborate with colleagues in seeking and connecting with new & existing customers and markets.
- Plan, monitor and maintain all relevant budgetary controls.
- Manage departmental deadlines. Levels of customer satisfaction.
- Managing the Trade Parts Sales operation with the authority to act in all matters for the Parts and accessories sales activity in accordance with the business plan
- Plan, initiate, and promote parts sales events to improve sales
- Plan the completion of Trade Parts sales campaigns, advertising, promotional activities and events to ensure their cost-effectiveness.
- Deliver best in class customer service.
- Report monthly sales performance in conjunction with the KPIs provided by PSA to determine where improvements can be made.
- Constantly monitor the quality of customer service, utilising all relevant market intelligence.
- Handle dissatisfied customers calmly, resolve complaints with sensitivity, and involve others when needed to achieve a satisfactory conclusion.
- Ensure all commercial legislation, Health and Safety, and internal safety procedures are adhered to.
- Ensure the correct re-cycling of all disposed and damaged items, in line with environmental regulations.
- Ensure all parts staff maintain up to date product knowledge of vehicles, accessories, exchange units and superseded parts.
We are looking for an experienced Parts & Accessories Sales Manager to work within our Parts Hub. You will have demonstrable Parts Operational experience along with excellent communication and planning skills and a passion for best in class customer service as well as the want to develop and grow team members to succeed.
