Full Job Description

As a Payroll and Accounts Specialist, you will join a team who are responsible for successfully delivering on time, accurate and compliant Payroll processing for Bosch UK: 19 Payrolls across 14 divisions, totalling 4500 associates.You will be a part of a wider HR Shared Service Function, working closely with key contacts in our Hub in Budapest, along with local UK customers across multiple Bosch divisionsYou will engage with the Payroll process from start to finish (data collation, calculation, balancing and control checks), working with a wide range of customers with varied deadlinesYou will have the ability to demonstrate relevant Payroll calculations including Tax and National Insurance, providing advice to internal customersYou will have experience in Payroll Accounting, including monthly reconciliations and accrualsYou will analyse data, utilising tools such as Microsoft Excel to identify anomalies in Payroll outputYou will have a strong continuous improvement mindset with a
drive to standardise and automate processes where possible

Essential:Previous experience in a Payroll or Accounting functionQuality focussed with high attention to detailAbility to be self-driven and drive continuous improvementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent excel experience with strong numeracy skillsPreferable:Degree qualification or CIPPBackground in working as part of a wider Shared Service FunctionExperience administering Expat related PayrollsExperience using SAP or similar Payroll systems
