People Team Advisor

To provide support across Recruitment, Systems & Payroll, Learning & Development and Employee Relations.
The successful candidate will be a highly organised and will be able to work with a generalist approach to the different functions within the People Team.
Role Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of professional and administrative human resources activities


• Provide note taking support to our Employee Relations function


• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files


• Work alongside the L&D team to ensure induction materials are up to date, deliver courses where required and maintain our Learning Management System


• Support the Recruitment team in the management of vacancies, RTW checks and supplier audits


• Provide advisory support to the business


• Align self to companies social and environmental mission and champion any actions that you can directly impact at all times¿
  
  Ability to communicate at all levels


• Able to work under pressure and to deadlines


• Ability to work on own initiative


• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise


• Very strong customer focus


• Self-starter able to multi-task


• Excellent attention to detail


• Is pro-active and takes accountability


• Min 2 Years HR/People Team experience at advisor level

• Ability to solve problems and find solutions within suggested frameworks


• Ability to prioritise workload in line with business needs


• To undertake project work as required


• Efficient use of Microsoft word and excel to update any appropriate documents/reports
