Full Job Description
- Be able to demonstrate expert-level knowledge of 3D mathematics and classical physics
- Have great C++ and the ability to architect and debug large systems
- Have professional knowledge of at least one physics engine, e.g. PhysX, or Havok.
- Professional ability to debug physics stability issues
- Understand how to translate "Designer Speak" into Newtonian equations
- Have a passion for problem-solving
- Demonstrate experience of working closely with cross-discipline teams to understand their needs
- Solid understanding of (3D) math, collision detection, multithreaded programming, game physics and game engines on a level you could write your own game physics engine.
- Solid debugging and optimisation skills in C++.
- An understanding of software security and how to minimize vulnerabilities through system design
