Full Job Description

  • Be able to demonstrate expert-level knowledge of 3D mathematics and classical physics

  • Have great C++ and the ability to architect and debug large systems

  • Have professional knowledge of at least one physics engine, e.g. PhysX, or Havok.

  • Professional ability to debug physics stability issues

  • Understand how to translate "Designer Speak" into Newtonian equations

  • Have a passion for problem-solving

  • Demonstrate experience of working closely with cross-discipline teams to understand their needs


  • Requirements

    What you'll need to smash this role;
  • Solid understanding of (3D) math, collision detection, multithreaded programming, game physics and game engines on a level you could write your own game physics engine.

  • Solid debugging and optimisation skills in C++.

  • An understanding of software security and how to minimize vulnerabilities through system design
