Plant Supervisor

In the role of Plant Supervisor, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring safe and efficient operations by managing employees and contractors to exceed standards in safety, quality, customer service, volume and cost


• Ensuring close liaison, understanding and team working between factory operatives to achieve factory performance targets and production schedules


• Provide strong leadership in your area of responsibility and ensure deadlines are met


• Take leadership in identifying and implementing initiatives that provide Continuous Improvement and Best Practice and assist the Site Manager in implementing and sustaining CI & Best practice


• Provide close and effective management for activities at the factory to ensuring SHE conformance


• Assist in operating the items of plant & equipment, providing cover where necessary to maintain continuity of the operational activities.
