Plaster patcher

We are seeking a skilled Plasterer to join our team. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for applying plaster and other materials to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and finished appearance. This is a hands-on role that requires expertise in using various hand and power tools., Prepare surfaces by cleaning, patching, and sanding them
- Mix plaster materials according to specifications
- Apply plaster coats to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces
- Create decorative finishes using specialized techniques
- Repair damaged plaster surfaces
- Install insulation and vapor barriers as needed
- Ensure proper alignment and levelness of surfaces
- Work with other tradespeople such as masons, plumbers, and electricians as required

Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- Proficient in using hand tools such as trowels, brushes, and scrapers
- Ability to operate power tools for cutting, shaping, and smoothing surfaces
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their applications
- Familiarity with masonry work and techniques
- Basic understanding of electrical schematics for working around electrical fixtures
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
