Plumber

Experienced plumber required to work on social housing properties, tenanted & void - SALFORD/MANCHESTER/BOLTON/CHESHIRE

Duties:

- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems, including pipes, fixtures, and appliances

- Inspect plumbing systems and identify issues or potential problems

- Collaborate with clients to understand their plumbing needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Use power tools and hand tools to cut, assemble, weld, and plumb pipes

- Perform heavy lifting when necessary to move or install plumbing equipment

- Conduct basic mathematical calculations to measure and cut pipes accurately

- Collaborate with other tradespeople, such as carpenters or electricians, to complete projects
