Full Job Description

We are looking to hire a Project Manager within our Midlands office, however the role does require occasional travel throughout the Nation as well as the North East region so a UK driving license is essential., As a Project Manager you will be responsible for

· Resource / diary management

· Managing relationships with the client and all relevant stakeholders

· Planning abatements and survey work in accordance with current legislation.

· Ensuring that financial performance of projects is achieved (clear and prompt invoicing)

· Splitting your time effectively between non-fee and on site fee earning activities

· Carrying out quotations, risk assessments and method statements

· Assisting the Quality Manager in auditing & monitoring in the maintenance of compliance of standards

· Compiling, reviewing, and issuing contract reviews in a timely manner

· Conducting and recording monthly client meetings

The role requires a candidate who has previous project management experience overseeing asbestos management or non-licenced remediation for local authorities or within the public sector. They should also hold their P402, P403, P404 and P405 qualifications, and have extensive knowledge of all asbestos and H&S related legislation and guidance.
