The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and an eagerness to learn new skills. You will be given extensive training, support, and knowledge you need to build on your existing sales skills and become a real estate expert.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Collecting information about properties and arranging for the appropriate marketing materials to be created
• Monitor agent listings and ensure properties are clearly visible on property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut and Dubbizzle
• Creating and attending property valuations and viewings
• Negotiating with prospective buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords from viewing right through to offer stage
• Monitoring sales and liaising with appropriate managers
• Following all company generated leads
• Self-generating leads through cold calls, marketing, and networking
• Keeping up to date with market trends in the local property market
• Qualifications & Experience:
• Previous sales experience in a B2C or B2B environment
• Strong customer service or sales skills
• Ability to use social media and keep up to date with trends
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Eagerness to learn new knowledge and easily adapt
