Full Job Description

We have an exciting new opportunity available for a Property Co-ordinator to join our office in the Roseland. This is a part-time role working 22.5 hours per week. Days and hours are flexible, but Fridays and Saturdays will be compulsory during peak season.

Duties will include:

  • Supporting the Services Manager with daily tasks

  • Assisting with Property Management checks

  • Liaising with laundry suppliers and housekeepers to provide first-class service

  • Investigating any cleaning or damage related complaints

  • Performing a range of administrative tasks

  • Supporting the on-call rota to deal with any guest emergencies

    Full UK Driving Licence, with own transport available.

  • Proficient in data entry and record keeping

  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively

  • Willingness to travel to properties on a daily basis
