Property Coordinator Maternity

We are seeking a dedicated Property coordinator to oversee the daily operations of our residential properties. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and a customer-centric approach to property management.

• Responsibilities:


- Manage all aspects of tenant relations, from onboarding to conflict resolution

- Help arrange property viewings and lease signing

- Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely repairs that represent best value

- Monitor rent collection and financial reporting

- Ensure full compliance with housing regulations / law

Proficiency in Reapit or similar property management software

- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping

- Excellent phone etiquette for effective communication with tenants and vendors

- Ability to upsell additional products to prospective tenants and Landlords

- Experience in office environment within a property setting
