Full Job Description

We are seeking a proactive individual to join our team and assist in the management of our diverse portfolio of residential and block properties, as well as identifying potential new properties to add to the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and block properties.


  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintenance standards.


  • Handle tenant/leaseholder inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally.


  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.


  • Manage lease agreements, rent collection, and financial records accurately.


  • Role relevant administration.


  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with tenants, leaseholders, landlords, contractors, and directors

    Previous experience in property management would be desirable


  • A knowledge of property laws, regulations, and health and safety standards.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of people.


  • Proven ability to prioritise tasks, solve problems, and work effectively under pressure.


  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.


  • Full, clean driving licence
