Full Job Description
Conduct thorough quality control inspections on products
- Analyse product specifications to ensure they meet quality standards
- Implement and maintain quality assurance processes
- Identify and report any deviations from quality standards
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues promptly
- Document and maintain accurate quality control records
- Undertake frozen component breakout from tooling and conduct visual inspection
- Undertake all goods out inspection and necessary paperwork for despatch
- Undertake all goods in inspection and paperwork
- Undertake all quality related admin on ERP system
- Use laser metrology equipment and Polyworks software to undertake inspection reports
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Controller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products meet the established quality standards before reaching customers and goods in inspections along with all required paperwork/admin., Proven experience in quality control or a related field
- Strong analytical skills to analyse product quality
- Knowledge of quality assurance principles within AS9100 environment
- Kowledge of FAIRs to AS9102
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with teams
