Full Job Description

We are currently seeking Reliability Maintainers (electrical / electronics / instrumentation / electro-mechanical / industrial mechanical) to join our team in Bridgewater.

Reliability Technicians at Michelin use innovative solutions to solve complex problems. They are challenged with maintaining sophisticated and technologically advanced manufacturing equipment.

Reliability Maintainers are responsible for :

  • Assuring machine performance and sustain equipment compliance within their area of responsibility;

  • Effective and efficient performance of interventions, including accurate documentation; and

  • Providing technical support to production operations and participating on high performance teams.

    Successful prior completion of a technical program;

  • Dedication to working safely;

  • Capable of working 12-hour shifts, including night shifts and weekends;

  • Ability to make effective decisions and solve problems; and

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively in a team environment.
