Full Job Description

The key purpose of the role is to provide excellent support to people with disabilities whilst respecting their preferences and choices, enabling them to participate in their community as valued citizens. The post holder will need to be flexible and available at short notice to cover shifts over 7 days per week, including evenings and weekends.

We are looking to recruit Relief Support Workers for our Residential Services, Supported Living Services, and our Community Projects & Outreach Services. If you are looking for a rewarding career in care, or have previous experience in a similar role, we would like to hear from you.

The Northam Care Trust is one of the largest social care providers in North Devon with charitable and limited company status employing over 260 staff in our expanding Service Continuum. To fill a variety of shifts over 7 days per week

£11.60 ph rising to £12.17 ph after a successful probation period, depending on

service, · Full e-learning training provided including the opportunity for professional qualifications.
