Assisting with sales transactions

Fulfilling online orders

Dealing with online cutomers

Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed

Process payments and handle returns and exchanges.

Keep the store clean and organized.

The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Providing excellent customer service

Have a flair for presenting beautiful products

A flair for design

An interest in food preparation

Barrista experience would be helpful but not a deal breaker

Provide accurate information about products and services.

Allergen training and food hygiene

Have some barrista training (not essential as training will be given)

Have some knowledge of working with the food industry (not essential),

• GCSE or equivalent (preferred)


Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
