Retail Sales Advisor (Senior)

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Advisor to join our team. As a Retail Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. ```Responsibilities```

- Greet customers and assist them in finding products or answering their questions

- Provide product information and demonstrate product features to customers

- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise

- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system

- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service

- Upsell products and suggest complementary items to enhance the customer's shopping experience

Excellent communication skills in English;

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers

- Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating discounts or change

- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

- Willingness to learn about new products and stay updated on industry trends,

• GCSE or equivalent (required)


Experience:

• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)


• customer service: 1 year (preferred)


Licence/Certification:
