- Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Associate to join our team. If you are passionate about providing exceptional customer service and have a flair for sales, we want to hear from you. Duties: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Process transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Assist in restocking merchandise and monitoring inventory levels - Meet and exceed sales targets through upselling techniques Skills: - Fluency in English, is highly desirable - Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members - Basic math skills for processing transactions and calculating discounts - Strong time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Proven experience in upselling products or services - Proficient phone etiquette for handling
- GCSE or equivalent (required)
- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
