Full Job Description
- You will take full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process in conjunction with a team of assessors. You will follow best practices for domestic retrofit projects, taking a 'whole house' approach.
- Managing the retrofit survey process end-to-end, ensuring high standards
- Delivering against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.
- Ensuring the survey process and customer journey provides the highest standards for people eligible for the ECO4, SHDF & ECO+ schemes
- Ensuring quality installations, and compliance with PAS 2035:2019.
- Coordinating all areas of the installation and liaising with Retrofit Assessors and installers.
Previous experience as a Retrofit Coordinator is essential. - Level 5 in Retrofit Coordination or qualifications/ experience in building surveying is highly desirable but not essential.
- Previously worked as a Retrofit Coordinator
- An understanding of the current and upcoming energy efficiency measures (ECO4, SHDF, PAS 2035 etc).
- A successful history in managing the survey process.
- A commercially minded approach

We are recruiting a Retrofit Coordinator to join an established renewable energy company in East Kent. The company works on domestic projects mainly in Kent with a selection of national work.
