Full Job Description

  • You will take full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the PAS2035 process in conjunction with a team of assessors. You will follow best practices for domestic retrofit projects, taking a 'whole house' approach.

  • Managing the retrofit survey process end-to-end, ensuring high standards

  • Delivering against specific objectives and targets on retrofit schemes.

  • Ensuring the survey process and customer journey provides the highest standards for people eligible for the ECO4, SHDF & ECO+ schemes

  • Ensuring quality installations, and compliance with PAS 2035:2019.

  • Coordinating all areas of the installation and liaising with Retrofit Assessors and installers.

    Previous experience as a Retrofit Coordinator is essential.

  • Level 5 in Retrofit Coordination or qualifications/ experience in building surveying is highly desirable but not essential.


  • Skills and Abilities
  • Previously worked as a Retrofit Coordinator

  • An understanding of the current and upcoming energy efficiency measures (ECO4, SHDF, PAS 2035 etc).

  • A successful history in managing the survey process.

  • A commercially minded approach
