The Anchor presents a fabulous opportunity to take on an already thriving business. The pub is due to undergo a huge investment in mid-March and will look better than ever!
Situated on the high street in Lincoln, The Anchor Inn is popular with locals and especially with Lincoln City fans. The pub is made up of a large L-shaped bar area with pool and darts as key features. With full TNTsports, Sky sports, and multiple screens found throughout the pub, this is the perfect stop for great sports viewing and match day atmosphere. This great space delivers even more versatility with a dedicated pub games area on one side and an entertainment space ideal for a DJ at the other. The Anchor is a 100-cover operation, with a mixture of fixed and loose furniture. To the rear of the trading space is a private courtyard, giving us a smoking solution and a secret garden paved area. This houses around 50 people., The Anchor is surrounded by many shops and business units on the street itself and is only a stone's throw away from Lincoln City FC.
