Full Job Description
We are seeking dynamic and results driven sales and accounts managers to join our expanding team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for managing an existing portfolio of customer accounts whilst also driving new business acquisition. The role requires a proactive approach to sales and account management, with a focus on building strong relationships, understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions., · Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
· Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional products and services within existing accounts
· Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
· Collaborate with internal teams including marketing and customer support to deliver exceptional service and value to customers
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and led generation activities
· Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline accurately forecasting revenue and sales activity
· Proven track record of success in sales and account management
· Strong understanding of sales with the ability to negotiate and close deals
· Excellent communication skills bit written and verbal
· Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
