Sales Negotiator

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Negotiator to join our team. As a Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for assisting clients in buying and selling properties. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who is passionate about property and wants to progress within the industry., Assist clients in buying and selling.
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to potential buyers.
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors.
- Prepare and complete all necessary documentation for property transactions
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, AML legislation and legal requirements
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets

Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
- A confident, can-do attitude.
