Sales & Retention Advisor

Encouraging repeat visits by providing exceptional supporter service, proactively campaigning the products sold and delivered by the Outdoor venues, and meeting revenue generation targets.,

• Proactively campaign the products and services of the Outdoor and Alpine venues inline with commercial strategy


• Hold a thorough level of understanding in regard to all products and activities on offer at our venues.


• Achieve a set number of 'warm' outgoing calls per week/month (generated by Marketing) tracking deals and revenue utilising the critical CRM system to show the progress and value of all leads won and lost


• Ensure effective use of our booking system to communicate supporters expectations/booking requirements to the operational staff within venues.


• Ensure effective use of our booking system to communicate supporters expectations/booking requirements to the operational staff, using unique booking links and sales tracking journeys as instructed.


• Proactively manage relationships with key supporters (best supporters first approach) to increase conversion rates and ongoing developments of the sales funnel process.


The outstanding candidate will also:

• Proactively work to identify commercial opportunities within programmes and delivery efficiency.


• Provide performance updates and occasional reports to the Business Manager and Venue Managers.

Hours: 40 hours a week with occasional evening/weekend working
Location: Based at our beautiful, converted Mill building at Woodmill Outdoor Activities Centre
Salary: £23,800 basic. £30,000 OTE
Reports to: Business Manager (Outdoor)
Responsible for: Sales of all products and propositions across our Outdoor portfolio of activity venues, and retention of key supporters (customers)
