Full Job Description

Here at SecureCloud+ we are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team based out of our Reading site.

The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for managing our Salesforce platform, providing administrative support to the sales team, and facilitating the sales process. This role requires strong technical skills, Salesforce expertise, and a customer-focused mindset., Salesforce Administration:

  • Manage and administer our Salesforce instance, including user management, security settings, profiles, roles, and permissions.

  • Configure and customise Salesforce to meet the needs of the sales team, including custom objects, fields, workflows, and reports.

  • Perform data management tasks, such as data imports, exports, deduplication, and cleanup.

  • Monitor system health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to optimise Salesforce usage.


  • Sales Support:
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.

  • Assist with the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions in Salesforce.

  • Generate sales reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and identify trends.


  • Training and Enablement:
  • Provide training and support to sales team members on Salesforce usage, best practices, and new features.

  • Develop and maintain training materials, documentation, and resources for sales enablement.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Salesforce functionality and capabilities, providing guidance and advice to users as needed.


  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Assist in managing customer relationships and communications, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing updates on sales activities.

  • Collaborate with sales team members to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience throughout the sales process.


  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, service development, and customer success, to support sales initiatives and align efforts.

  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed to support sales activities and initiatives.

    As the Sales Support Administrator you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator or similar role, with Salesforce Administrator certification preferred.

  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customisation.

  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is desirable.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining data integrity in Salesforce.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

  • Customer-focused mindset, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and support to sales team members and customers.

  • Familiarity with the defense and national security sectors is advantageous but not required.


  • UK Security Check (SC) clearance is required for this position. Candidates must possess or be eligible to obtain SC clearance, with a view to obtaining UK Developed Vetting (DV) clearance as required.,
