Second fix carpenter

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The Carpenter will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made of wood, plywood, and wallboard., Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to understand project specifications
- Take measurements and calculate the size and amount of material needed
- Cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials according to measurements
- Build window frames, doors, staircases, and frame buildings by using raw materials or pre-constructed items
- Lay out floorings, roofings, or drywalls ensuring they are leveled and compatible
- Inspect places and conduct repairs or maintenance
- Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment
- Assemble and fasten materials together using nails, screws, staples, or adhesives

Proficient in using power tools such as saws, drills, and sanders
- Ability to plumb walls, ceilings, and fixtures accurately
- Experience with roofing techniques and materials
- Skilled in painting surfaces for finishing touches
- Capable of heavy lifting when handling construction materials
- Knowledge of masonry work for various projects
- Ability to assemble and fabricate wooden structures accurately
- Basic understanding of electrical work related to carpentry projects
- Proficiency in using hand tools for precise cutting and shaping
