Self Employed - Multi Skilled Builder / Roofer

KCG Property Management require an experienced multi skilled roofer / builder to join us on our existing and upcoming projects. Our work is based across the North East of England and the position is for ongoing self-employed basis.

KCG Property Management are seeking an individual who is passionate about the quality of work they deliver and demonstrates a positive attitude with a "Right first time" approach. You must be customer focused and have the ability to communicate effectively with clients on a professional level. It is key that you can not only work individually but also as part of team in a growing business.

The majority of the work that we require help with is within the social/private housing sector, insurance works, repairs on new build properties. All operatives require their own trade with the ability to turn their hand to most other property maintenance requirements. The common types of work undertaken but not limited to are, You MUST have experience carrying out the above types of work.,

• Ability to set out work without supervision


• Valid UK Driving Licence


• Keeping to agreed timescales


• Working within Health & Safety Guidelines


• Building experience


· Must be eligible to work in the UK (with proof)

• Must be able to provide evidence of work and/or references
  
  £150 - £200 a day - Full-time, Own transport and tools (A vehicle can be provided for the right candidate)


• Working hours Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:30pm on site time
