Senior Business Intelligence Consultant - BI and Visualization

Over the past few years, we have continued to focus on delivering top quality analytics services and growing our analytics footprint within existing and prospective clients., We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BI and Visualization Consultant having consulting experience, Tableau, SQL and Big Data experience. You'll collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and address challenges related to enhancing customer experience, satisfaction and optimizing operational efficiency.,

• Hands on experience in Tableau development, dashboarding data modelling and reporting (ad hoc report generation) techniques using SQL / Big Query


• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP)


• Strong communication skills (verbal/written) to deliver the technical insights and interpret the data reports to the clients and stakeholders. Also helps in understanding and serving to the client's requirement


• Perform detailed analysis of source systems and source system data and model that data Design and develop import data from source systems and test Tableau dashboards to meet customer requirements


• Experienced in application designing, architecting, development and deployment using Tableau. Must be efficient in front-end development and know visualization best practices.


• Interpret written business requirements and technical specification documents


• Create and maintain technical design documentation


• Perform quality coding to business and technical specifications


• Work directly with business units to define and prototype Tableau dashboards


• Design, create and tune physical database objects (tables, views, indexes) to support logical and dimensional models; Maintain the referential integrity of the database


• Provide input on proposing, evaluating and selecting appropriate design alternatives which meet client requirements and are consistent with client's current standards and processes


• Strong database designing and SQL skills. Experienced in RDMS such as MS SQL Server


• Leadership qualities and thoughtful implementation of Tableau best practices in order to deliver effective Tableau solutions to the users.


• Able to comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical and business requirements into executable architectural designs.
  
  Experience as a customer facing data science and analytics expert


• Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Operations Research or a related field


• Experience using GCP/Bigquery or querying and constructing tables for consumption by BI tools


• Familiarity with Airflow


• Knowledge of a OTT/subscriber-based business desirable


• Smooth communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders at all levels of the organization


• Experience designing and building metrics, from conception to building prototypes with data pipeline


• Ability to drive data strategies, with a central source of truth to impact business decisions


• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


• Knowledge and experience in customer experience measurement is a plus.
