Full Job Description

We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Service Advisor at our Portsmouth location. You will be a key member at the heart of our operation. To ensure that service administration duties within the Portsmouth Depot are controlled and processed to a high standard to included excellent customer satisfaction. This is a busy hands-on role, which offers a wide range of duties such as planning of schedule servicing, tachos and MOT bookings, job creation, obtaining and updating of order numbers, creation of night board, liaise with workshop control to notify of work arriving and waiting to be commenced, retail invoice costing. We are looking for a candidate with enthusiasm and a dynamic personality who will share our energy and passion and contribute to our ongoing success. You must have an excellent telephone manner and computer skills, experience in the automotive industry is preferred by not essential. You need to be pro-active, take pride in what you do, a willingness to learn and be engaged with training and an interest in pursuing a career within our industry. Full training will be given.,

  • Automotive industry: 2 years (required)

    The successful candidate will be working within and alongside the Service Team, Workshop Controller and Management Team. As based in the Service Reception area, company uniform will be provided.


  • Salary: Competitive salary depending on automotive experience. You will also be eligiblefor non-contractual KPI bonus payment.

    Basic Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 6.00 pm with ½ an hour unpaid lunch.

    Every third Saturday 8.00am to 12noon.

    Flexibility within the role is essential to meet the needs of the business and team
