Full Job Description
We are looking for a Service Desk Coordinator to schedule our team of 29 engineers and to assist with general administrative tasks such as sub contractors and invoicing.
- Previous office experience working for service provider in customer facing role would be an advantage
- Previous experience within building services company would be an advantage
- Reliable, excellent time keeping
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good general IT skills (Microsoft Excel/Word/Outlook), Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
- building services: 1 year (preferred)
- engineer scheduling: 1 year (preferred)
- driving (preferred)
