Full Job Description

Supporting the work of the supported housing improvement programme (SHIP) multi-disciplinary team. The team are tasked with scrutinising all aspects of supported housing provision to ensure it provides value for money, good quality accommodation and support service. The post holder is responsible for providing a full range of administrative duties:

Diary co-ordination
General administration
Respond to enquiries
Minute Taking
Co-ordination of reports
Processing payments
Data input
This post is temporary for 12 months. The hours of work for this position are 37 hours per week, working Monday - Friday. This post is based at Morecambe Town Hall.

The Council currently operates an excellent Flexible Working Hours Scheme which applies to this post. Subject to the needs of this business, this may allow employees to work between the hours of 6:00am-10:30pm.

You may be required to undertake Standby duties to cover out of hours work.

For internal applicants, this role will be considered for a secondment opportunity. The secondment of an employee from another Service can only take place with the agreement of the Manager of the Service the applicant is contracted to.
