Full Job Description

Contract: Permanent, full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?

As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Residential Solutions Team , supporting them in the delivery of their contract with L&Q Housing.

Your day to day will include:

  • Reporting to the Contracts Manager and linking in with the wider team of Design Managers and Quantity Surveyors

  • Using your operational expertise to ensure risks are identified and mitigated

  • Co-ordinating subcontractors and suppliers in a planned and controlled manner

  • Managing colleagues and contractors on site which can be, Assistant Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers and Labourers

    You have experience in a site management role within the housing maintenance sector, residential external works

  • You are qualified / certified in SMSTS, CSCS Black card, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness

  • You have experience in software such as Fieldview, Snagmaster and Microsoft Project, although training will be provided

  • As a bonus, you may have Temporary Works Co-ordinator training, Basic Scaffold Awareness, and Fire Manager training.
