Site Operative / General labourer

As a Site Operative/General Labourer, you will be delivering a variety works, including but not limited to environment enhancement projects such as river restoration, lake & pond lining, boardwalk construction, footpath installations and landscaping.

We are looking for Site Operatives/General Labourers, who are outstanding team players, with a positive and professional attitude to join our team to undertake projects across the UK.

You will be experienced in undertaking practical site-based works and will have demonstrable experience in adhering to site health, safety, environmental and wellbeing standards. We are looking for individuals to be based within commuting distance of our base in Merton, Norfolk (IP25 6QH). You will be required to work away during the week depending on the project location.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for working outdoors and this can be in environmentally sensitive areas. You will receive ongoing training and development in all aspects of the operational tasks and have a great opportunity for continued progression. We are looking for real go-getters who have a positive work ethic, and a practical and determined approach.,

• Full UK driving license.


• Physically fit and motivated


• Prepared to stay away Monday to Friday (when necessary)


Desirable but not essential

• Valid CSCS card or equivalent


• Hold 3-day First Aid at Work Qualification


• Have experience of operating plant and machinery or hold relevant tickets.
