Full Job Description
- Create, produce and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance Fitness Marketing Agnecy's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other social media platforms and assist the Marketing team to get calls booked.
- Content creation in Canva + CapCut (knowledge of Adobe is also preferred), developing eye-catching images and videos to promote key content.
- Edit short form content which is innovative and captures the attention of our ideal customer.
- Copywriting to effectively and accurately represent Fitness Marketing Agency, adapting it for a range of platforms including Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media metrics and analytics to assess the performance of campaigns and strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing and production departments to align social media efforts with overall business goals.
- Consult and learn about the production to post-production process within the company.
- Create various forms of social media content-text captions, videos, and images, suitable for the various social media platforms.
- Assisting the production team on other projects (pre and post-production).
Knowledge of social media trends, algorithms and engagement strategy - Proven experience in growing an online presence through social media
- Excellent grammar and spelling
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media metrics
- Solid experience with digital technology and Adobe editing software packages (Premiere Pro is essential, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut and Audition is preferred.)
- Confident in design skills (eg creating thumbnails in Adobe Photoshop for our ongoing podcast)
- Proven experience in creating engaging content on different social media platforms-Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Ability to incorporate our brand voice and identity in engaging digital content
- Ability to turn a concept into compelling content
- Creative mind and storytelling skills
- Ability to work in a team, with good communication skills.

The position is fully office-based and our offices are located 5 minutes from Haywards Heath station with great links to London and Brighton.
