Full Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Stock Controller to join our dedicated team to ensure the efficiency of the stock function and to support the Stock Manager and the team in recycling and maintenance of our technology equipment on behalf of the company and our clients. Ensure the efficiency of Red Alert Telecare and Telehealth in Ashford and surrounding areas as the single point of contact for Ashford operational teams. Responsible for the ordering, recycling, dispatch and maintenance of telecare, telehealth and assistive technology equipment on behalf of Red Alert and Red Alert clients.,
- Monitor stock levels and process orders in concert and agreement with the Stock Control Manager.
- Sterilize/clean all recycled equipment to specified standards
- Maintain robust asset tracking processes by accurately documenting equipment receipts, transfers and terminal statuses while ensuring client details are treated confidentially
- Process orders in accordance with company processes and client needs
- Pick and dispatch stock for tech team
- Provide cover and support for other stock depots
- Any other responsibilities delegated by the Stock Control Manager
- All equipment returned to be cleaned to a high standard ready to be used for another client.
- Testing all equipment on return to depot
- Maintaining equipment at a high state of readiness, ensuring all ancillary items are present and correct
- Liaise daily with admin staff and tech teams to ensure engineers equipment requirements are being met
- Conduct Stores and Van audits and report findings to Stock Control Manager
- Conduct routine data maintenance on ERP in your area of responsibility ensuring ERP is kept up to date and accurate
- Restock vans in accordance with tech team requirements
- Highlight any low-level items to Stock Control Manager
- Conduct a full stock take for all areas of responsibility.
- Ensure all tech teams operating in your area of responsibility have conducted a van audit
- Any other duties as and when required
- Be accountable and maintain the high standards of the company brand
- Support other departments within Red Alert
About You: The successful candidate will understand the importance of accurate data entry, and possess an excellent eye for detail, as well as being able to work quickly and efficiently in our busy, fast paced environment. To be proficient in computer skills is a must with a good level of literacy in Microsoft packages as well as able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills. - Additional leave

Daily Responsibilities:
· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation
· Maintain the security of all stores in your area of responsibility
· Receipt any new deliveries and ensure any equipment to be mailed is processed in a timely manner
· Document any equipment movements, issues or disposals from returns and worksheet data
Weekly Responsibilities:
· Ensure PPE for stores and tech team is kept at the requisite level

It is essential that you have previous experience of a minimum of 1 year in a warehouse/stock environment, and desirable that you have also have database entry experience, however full training will also be provided. You must have a positive can do attitude and be willing to assist the wider team as and when required, and above all, have a desire to learn and develop your skills with a professional approach at all times., IT, technical or Telecare related
Experience
Min 1 year's experience in a warehouse environment or a similar background
