Full Job Description

Fixed term contract, 28.75 hours per week

Dorset Grade 3 or 5 (scp 3-6) depending on experience

An opportunity has arisen for warm, caring, patient, flexible, enthusiastic and inspiring teaching assistant with a good sense of humour. The successful candidates will be a 'team player' who will be required to support small groups of pupils, both in and out of class, with the capability of communicating efficiently and effectively across all year groups.
The role is 28.75 hours per week with potential for some flexibility for the right candidate.

Applications will be welcomed from candidates with the desired personal characteristics (whether experienced or not) who have passed Maths and English GCSE.

The pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and includes appropriate paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlements.

The salary quoted is the annual salary for the position at the time of advert. The salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments and will be adjusted at the start of employment and again if leaving part way through the school year to ensure the correct salary is received for the work completed in an academic year.

This role is UK based and your Right to Work will need to be established as part of the appointment process.
