• Welcome all customers in a fun & warmly manner and ensure that all guests have an experience of creating their very own ice cream euphoric experience in B&J style.


• Accomplish the on-line duties of the scoop shop operations.



• Accomplish the work activities needed to maintain and service the facility.


• Maintain the daily operations of store & staff appearance, proper cash handling procedures, customer service, cleanliness, compliance with all safety and operating standards, merchandising and production of waffle cones, novelties, and baked goods.



• Ensure that all opening and closing procedures are followed and executed in a timely manner.


• Ensure the accuracy of daily cash transactions with customers, understand store cash policies and procedures.


• Actively support company safety goals by displaying consistent safe work behaviors.
