Full Job Description
- Operate various equipment including high HP Claas tractors with telematics
- Carrying out cultivations, seeding over a range of soil types
- Carry out haymaking processes like mowing, tedding, and raking
- Proficiently operate JCB telehandlers, including grain loading
- Execute tasks such as grass seeding, topping, and hedge cutting
- Carrying out spraying and fertilising if required
- Conduct maintenance and repairs on machinery and structures
- Undertake estate work such as strimming, hedging, and fencing
Must have a full driving licence and able to drive in the UK - Experienced tractor driver 180hp and JCB telehandler
- Demonstrate responsibility, self-motivation, and a commitment to high-quality work
- To be able to work independently and part of a team
- Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends, when necessary
- Experience with GPS guidance (preferable but not essential)
- Additional training available if required
- Able and willing to perform manual work
- Good knowledge of cultivation methods
- Proficiency in English communication
