Full Job Description
- Moving and stacking concrete beams using the side loader
- Loading vehicles for dispatch
- Ensuring H&S standards are adhered, that the yard is kept tidy
At Litecast we know that our people are our greatest asset - we are looking for people to join us who have the right attitude, and are willing to get stuck in., Have a FLT licence (recently expired licences will be considered), and ideally previous experience driving a side loader (although we are able to deliver conversion courses on-site) - Hard working, conscientious & reliable
- A good team player, always willing to muck in and help with all tasks
- Computer/technology literate
- Have a good level of numeracy and literacy
We have been operating in Nuneaton for 23 years, starting as a small, family run business, growing to a Company of 100+ employees over recent years. We have recently relocated to a new, purpose built, state of the art production facility.

Working pattern: 4 on 4 off, 6am - 6pm (working weekends and bank holidays when rota'd to do so)
Pay: £13.25 per hour rising to £14.50 per hour after 3 month probationary period completed successfully (equates to £27,732.25 rising to £30,348.50 per annum)
