Full Job Description

We are looking to add an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Trainee Site Manager, for a 24-month graduate placement to gain a vast wealth of experience following the successful completion of their degree.

Placing a high importance on the value of the positive contribution each of us makes to the Organisation and the strength of commitment to do so., Meldrum Construction Ltd is looking for a self-starter, with an interest in developing their knowledge about the construction industry. You should have the ability to communicate well with a wide variety of stakeholders, including external and internal clients.

You should be in your final year or have already achieved either:

  • a Construction Management Degree (minimum 2:1 predicted/achieved)


  • or
  • HNC in Construction Management


  • This role will involve travel to various sites across the North East, some of which may not be accessible by public transport. Consequently a full and valid driving license is required.
