Full Job Description

They have an opportunity for an experienced interim Transformation Programme Lead who can develop a transformation strategy with the CEO, create the programme plan and lead on its delivery. My client is looking for a transformation professional with some entrepreneurial spirit, who can inject some different thinking into the organisation. They need someone who is adept at service redesign, systems change, and HR/people change, so they can transform the way their services are delivered.

The successful candidate must have significant transformation programme delivery experience, ideally gained within the primary, community or public health space. They need someone who has worked on digital change programmes and who also has a good appreciation of data and performance information. They need a 'doer' who is comfortable engaging with people in varied locations and at varied levels within the organisation. Although not essential, any PMO experience would be viewed positively by my client.

My client is an independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision of wide-ranging services to patients across the UK., Our mission is to change the way people feel about recruitment.

We find, introduce and support business problem solvers. One + Many is our guiding principle. It's a simple way of defining how we work and deliver better - as a business and as individuals. We recruit, gain insights and share knowledge as a community. It's how we demonstrate value to our clients. It's how we attract great candidates. It's how all of us come together to have an impact that's greater than the sum of our parts.

One good person on their own can achieve great things, solve problems, pass on knowledge and make a huge impact.

One good person supported, inspired and helped by a community will achieve more. Good people, made better.
