Transport Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented Transport Planner to join our team. The Transport Planner will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing transportation activities to ensure efficient delivery of goods., Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers to coordinate transportation activities
- Plan and schedule shipments based on customer requirements and delivery deadlines
- Utilize supply chain knowledge to optimize routes and reduce costs
- Manage logistics operations, including tracking shipments and resolving any issues that arise
- Use Excel and other office software to maintain transportation records and reports
- Drive continuous improvement in transportation processes
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly

Proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
- Strong communication skills to interact with various stakeholders effectively
- Ability to manage logistics operations efficiently
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Outlook or similar tools
- Customer service orientation to ensure client satisfaction
