Full Job Description

  • Design and develop user interfaces for Content Management Systems and Streaming applications for multiple devices

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to create and implement design solutions

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions

  • Ensure designs are visually appealing, intuitive, and accessible

  • Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and design documentation

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure designs are implemented correctly

  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in UX and UI design

    Bachelor's degree in digital product design, engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)

  • Mid/Senior Level UX UI designer

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite.

  • 4+ years of experience in UX UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing work on both bespoke CMS solutions (or similar management platforms) and front end product design

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience working in an Agile development environment

  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
