Waste Solutions Customer Service Coordinator

CSG operate 28 sites nationwide providing a diverse range of services for the treatment & recovery of waste supported by technical, transport and industrial cleaning depots. As a family owned company, we employ individuals who share our vision and values which includes providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone with a personable approach and an enthusiastic attitude to provide support to our customers & sales team covering Central & Southern England areas. You will be a key point of contact for CSG's customers with responsibility for maintaining & building relationships, liaising between customers, the sales team and operational depots.,

• Providing exceptional customer service, handling incoming inquiries to ensure a seamless customer experience.


• Proactively contacting customers by phone to maintain good relations.


• Managing emails & ensuring they are responded to in a timely fashion and forwarded to the appropriate person or department as necessary.


• Responsible for managing customer orders from enquiry through to job completion for our depots nationwide.


• Communicating between the sales team and operational depots to schedule work


• Liaising with transport depots to arrange waste collections.


• Ensuring all information is provided for services to be carried out efficiently and compliantly.


• Using CRM package for customer management information and technical waste management information so full waste reports can be provided for our customers.


• Administrative duties include generating quotes & requesting purchase orders., Modern office facilities with sit stand desks within walking distance of retail facilities at Whiteley

  Previous customer service experience (in the environmental sector would be preferred but not essential).


• Excellent customer service and communication skills.


• Have a positive and proactive attitude.


• A preference for communicating by phone.


• Strong time management & organisational skills.


• Ability to self-motivate and work under own initiative.


• Strong attention to detail.


• Good IT skills with experience of using MS Outlook, Word and Excel preferable.
