Every month hundreds of thousands of consumers compare Savings, ISAs, Mortgages, Insurance, Business Deposits and Commercial Lending. We reach the customers other comparison sites struggle to find.

 The Role

 We are looking for a talented Web & Graphic Designer with a passion for web design, creativity and user experience to join our dynamic website team to provide digital graphics in house.

The role is responsible for ensuring the site is well-designed to improve the user experience and maximise conversion potential for a consumer audience. This involves working closely with others to review existing pages to ensure they are unified in style and brand coherence.

You will interpret briefs and apply creative flair to assets across digital media, including web advertising banners, email campaigns and social media graphics.

You will take ownership of style guides and templates to ensure consistency across digital products and services. You will also provide support to other Moneyfacts designers across the Group when needed.

 Experience & Skills

 Essential

·      Educated to degree level, ideally with a Graphic Design qualification.

·      Previous experience working in an in-house design or marketing role.

·      Demonstrable passion for good design

·      A keen eye for detail with a meticulous approach to working.

·      A self-starter, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.

·      A thorough understanding of UX/UI principles and webpage design.

·      Skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and XD)

·      Strong brand development skills.

·      Confident communicator with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

·      Flexible approach to work, able to move between tasks with ease.

·      Demonstrable experience designing for Conversation Rate Optimisation (CRO) tests using Google Optimise.

·      Previous experience of building marketing emails.

·      Ability to take ownership of the role and take pride in their work.

·      Strong organisational skills with ability to work well to deadlines.

 Desirable

·      Previous experience with Figma

·      Previous experience using Content Management Systems such as Umbraco or similar.

·      Experience of front-end development using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

 Salary:

 Excellent Salary commensurate with experience

 Hours:

 This is an office based role, hours are full time

35 hrs per week Monday – Friday 9am-5pm
