Full Job Description

Assist in the planning, management, coordination and delivery of projects within agreed timescales. Develop project documentation, including risk and issue management registers, and early warning/escalation systems to help mitigate the impact on project management. Ensure key project information is compiled, managed, and updated to the highest level of quality and accuracy and within a timely manner. This will include the preparation of reports, flow charts, presentations, and other project documents. Conduct intelligence gathering (qualitative and quantitative) to support report writing, bids and business cases. Communicate information regarding projects or activities to a range of audiences, including maintaining and updating information displayed on the Trust website, intranet and social media, and internal directorate communications. Support the team and wider People Directorate with aligning the workforce plan to our Trust Strategy, People Strategy, National People Plan and ICS
workforce plans. Maintain circulation lists and produce agendas and minutes for project management meetings and reviews, ensuring that venues are organised, papers are collated, and all documents are distributed in good time to agreed standards. Your week will be balanced between collaborating in person with people across our different Trust locations and the flexibility to work remotely. We are also happy to talk about different flexible working options for this role, including part-time hours. For a more detailed list of responsibilities, please refer to the attached Job Description and Person Specification.
