Yard / Warehouse Supervisor

Oversee yard operations and ensure efficient workflow
- Manage a team of yard employees, providing guidance and support
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain safety standards
- Perform heavy lifting tasks as needed

We are seeking a dedicated Yard Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in 3PL, team management, forklift operation, shipping and receiving, and knowledge of business processes and logistics. Mechanical knowledge and the ability to perform heavy lifting are essential for this role., Previous experience in a supervisory role within a logistics or warehouse environment
- Proficiency in using forklifts and other yard equipment (training can be provided)
- Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes
- Ability to lead a team effectively and prioritize tasks

A Class C licence would be an advantage
